Free delivery on all U.K. orders over £50

We aim to dispatch your order within three days of receiving it. This allows time for us to design, embroider (if required) and package your gift.

Each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, and sent in a padded envelope or box as appropriate. If you would like us to enclose a free card with a special message written on, please do let us know.

U.K. DELIVERY

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which usually delivers within 2–4 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We despatch international orders using Royal mail International Tracked service (except to countries were only a signed for service is available, in which case we despatch via Royal mail International Signed for service).

Royal mail allow 3-5 business days for delivery to European countries, and 7–10 business days for delivery to the USA, Australia and most other countries. Whilst this service is usually very reliable, please note that it is not a guaranteed timeframe and we politely request that an allowance of up to 6 weeks is made for delivery. 

Please note that local customs duties may be payable upon delivery. We are unable to offer advice regarding, and have no control over, customs processes, delays or duties. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
